Each Saturday session is a fully immersive experience. You'll enter altered states through live shamanic drumming, return to share your journey in a sacred circle, and leave with practical insight you can apply immediately in your leadership and life.
Live Shamanic Drumming
Each session includes live drumming inductions guided by your instructor to carry you into journeying states - the gateway to your deepest knowing.
Guided Imagery Journeys
You'll be guided into the shamanic realms to retrieve guidance, meet allies, and return with gifts for healing your life and expanding your leadership.
Journey Sharing Circle
Sharing your experience within a held, safe group container accelerates integration. Witnessing others' journeys is itself a profound teaching.

Nisha
Dream Work & ConsciousnessNisha has spent years working at the intersection of consciousness, the subconscious mind, and emotional healing. Her work began with lucid dreaming (teaching people to wake up inside their dreams) and expanded into the deeper territory that dreams inevitably reveal: our inner guidance systems, our relationship patterns, and the stories we carry about who we are.
Her entry into this work was anything but ordinary. During a sleep paralysis episode, she found herself seeing two realities simultaneously - her ordinary bedroom through one eye, and the luminous dream world through the other. A voice told her clearly: "This is part of your purpose. To see both worlds at once. And to teach others to do the same." She has been doing exactly that ever since.
She guides with warmth, honesty, and a deep respect for the pace of each person's unfolding.
Norma
Shadow Work & Trauma HealingNorma brings deep expertise in shadow work and trauma-informed healing to this container. Her practice is built on the understanding that what we most need to heal is often what we've most carefully hidden - from others, and from ourselves. She is the founder of the Journey to Completion shadow work and trauma healing modality.
She specializes in guiding people through the parts of themselves that have been exiled: the grief that never had space, the anger buried under "keeping the peace," the self who learned too early that love had conditions. Her approach is somatic, relational, and profoundly compassionate.
In this course, Norma holds space for the shadow side of the journey where the most transformative power is hidden, and where real inner knowing begins to emerge.

Common Questions
None whatsoever. This course is designed to meet you exactly where you are. The live drumming and guided imagery make the journeying process accessible even for complete beginners. All you need is a willingness to explore.
A quiet space, a comfortable place to lie down or sit, headphones for the best audio experience, and an eye mask if you have one. Your instructor provides all the drumming live - you simply need to be present and open to receive.
We strongly encourage attendance at all four live sessions since the group energy and live drumming are central to the experience. However, session recordings will be available to enrolled students so you never lose the teaching content and can miss a session without falling behind in the work.
Upon enrollment you'll receive access to a private, members-only community platform where students and instructors interact, share journey reflections, post questions, and support one another throughout the four weeks.
